Destin Beaches

W
e know the main reason you’re planning a visit to the beautiful Emerald Coast (fishing of course). What’s the next best thing? The beaches of Destin and the surrounding area are second to none. Once you’ve filled the fish boxes and are ready for some R&R there’s no other place to do it than the beautiful beaches of Destin Florida.

Henderson Beach State Park

Henderson Beach is one of the largest stretches of uninhabited beaches in Destin. There is a small fee to enter since this is a state park but it is completely worth it. Henderson Beach offers parking, restrooms, showers, and campsites.

Norriego Point Beach Access and Park

Norriego Point beach access is a great place to go if you like to see what’s going on in the Destin harbor. You can either hang out on the harbor side and watch the fishing boats come in and out with the days catch or walk to the Gulf side. With either choice you’re bound to have plenty of beach to play on and plenty of sun to soak in! Norriego Point does have limited parking free parking.

June White Decker Park

June White Decker Park is another nice piece of our beautiful beach that is open to the public and offers restrooms. There is usually plenty of free parking but this section of the beach can get crammed during the busy Summer months so get your spot early!

Shores at Crystal Beach Park

Shores at Crystal Beach Park is located right on the Gulf of Mexico. This park offers a covered pavilion, restrooms, showers, picnic tables, and small parking area.

Princess Beach

Looking for one of the most beautiful beaches right off the beaten path of Destin? Princess beach is located on the beautiful Okaloosa Island right over the Destin (William T. Marler) bridge. Park right along US Highway 98 and with a short walk through the beautiful white sand beach you’ll be soaking up the sun on one of the most beautiful slices of paradise along the Emerald Coast!
