While many boats require a deposit up front, we prefer the hospitality approach. Just like when you book your hotel/condo accommodations, we will reserve your spot with a credit card of your choice. Upon completion of your trip, you can pay via either card or cash - your choice. We do not charge an up-front deposit to hold your spot.
There is no penalty for canceling your trip up to 72 hours before departure time. However, because spots may be difficult to fill on short notice, if a trip is cancelled within 72 hours of departure, half of the total charter price will be charged to the credit card on file unless we are able to book another charter in the cancelled spot. Trips are cancelled due to inclement weather only at the captain's discretion.
